One-to-One Sessions

In-person or online sessions

Start here if you don’t feel ready for group classes, or if you have specific issues.

Together we’ll build your foundation for moving well and feeling more resilient in your life.

One-to-One Yoga can be especially helpful when:

  • You are recovering from injury or illness, and are wanting support to get active again and feel safe to do some regular movement you enjoy. I liaise with your physiotherapist or doctor as required.

  • You are a beginner and want to learn some basics well and build your confidence before going to group yoga classes.

  • You want to create a tailored home practice sequence, specific to your needs.

  • You are looking to kickstart your yoga practice again after a break.

  • You want to develop a particular aspect of your yoga practice, like developing upper body strength, mastering inversions, exploring relaxation skills, etc.

  • Regular group class times don’t fit with your schedule.

Build a home practice sequence step-by step, tailored for your needs.

You will be confident to roll out your mat for a 20 min independent practice you enjoy.

Includes videos, handouts and a home practice guide for support.

Gentle Therapeutic Yoga

Learn tools to support you with issues like anxiety, stress, low energy, chronic pain or illness.

Create your own toolkit based on gentle movement, gentle breath work, simple visualisation and meditative practices, all at your own pace and comfort levels.
