A 1-2-1 yoga programme designed to support your changing body, energy and needs through midlife
Location: Garden studio, Hassocks
Programme includes:
• 10 x weekly 60-minute private sessions
• 20-minute home practice, 2–3x per week
• Clear guidance and supporting resources

The programme is tailored to your specific needs and goals. You might be a complete beginner, or already know you like yoga and want to learn in more depth, tailored to you.
We start where you are and build gradually with:
• Progressive, manageable movement
• Building a short, do-able home practice which you enjoy and look forward to doing!
Building consistency — not intensity — is what creates lasting changes and progress.
What we focus on
• Reducing any aches, pain or stiffness, targeting specifics like your hips, back, neck & shoulder issues
• Step-by-step improving flexibility, strength, coordination and balance
• Practices for reducing tension and de-stressing - exploring breathwork, relaxation techniques and meditation, depending on your preferences.
