My weekly classes blend targeted, functional movement with yoga poses and relaxation for a well-rounded, enjoyable movement practice.
Try the Slower-Paced Class if you’re new to yoga, or want a slower paced class focused on simple movement fundamentals.
Try the Dynamic Yoga Class if you have some yoga experience and are looking for a more active, dynamic exploration of more challenging movements and poses.
A live zoom class is much better than a video! Having a set time in your schedule for yoga, with the interaction, support and pacing from a teacher is a brilliant way to keep the benefits of your yoga practice going while you’re at home.
Zoom classes include progressive options so you can make the movements work well for you, with freedom to explore at your own pace. I give some feedback on screen if you’d like, and take some time after the 60 min class for any questions or comments. Everyone is welcome to stay and chat or hop off as you wish.
