Spinal flexibility is a key foundation of whole-body connected movement. We will practice super effective ways to get your spine articulating well, including your neck.

By the end of week 1, you will already be feeling looser and more energised.


Week 2 - The Core

Activate your deeper core muscles and build core stability. We will work on the best poses for strengthening the core muscular team for strength in all movements.

By the end of week 2, you will be able to connect to your core and feel stronger in your daily movements.

Week 3 - The Neck & Shoulders

By the end of week 3, you will have your hit-the-spot daily moves to loosen up your neck and shoulders.

Learn how the shoulders move in the key yoga poses, to give you daily movement variety and great upper body range of motion

Week 4 -The Hips

No more tight hips! We will master the best moves to work the joints and full muscular teamwork around your hips - the glutes & hamstrings team, inner and outer hips & full hip rotation

By the end of week 4, you’ll know how to use this powerhouse for strong movement and happy hips long term

Week 5 -Key Whole Body Poses

As a not really into yoga person, it was easier than I expected and fun to keep adding on the lessons and expanding what I’m capable of doing.
