28 Day Yoga Challenge
Practising Yoga at Home
£28
Join me for a month of daily home yoga practice with motivating support and guidance.
Have you wanted to do some yoga at home but don’t know where to start, or just don’t seem to get round to it in your already busy life?
Have you tried but failed to keep it going and sadly given up?
I hear the same frustrations again and again from people who would really love to do some yoga at home in addition to their classes, but find it difficult to get started and/or keep it up consistently. Everyone seems to think it’s their personal failing - a lack of discipline and determination.
I’m here to tell you, that’s not the case!
It takes time and focused effort to build a consistent home practice - there are some sneaky under-the-radar obstacles which, without being addressed head on, can sabotage your good intentions.
We tend to think our home practice should feel like a shorter version of our yoga class. Mmm, not really. You can still tap into that unique feeling of your body well-moved, with a sense of energy and equilibrium, BUT, it is quite a different process when you are self-directed.
Doing yoga at home with a video is a good interim step, but by home practice, I mean actually doing it on your own. True self-practice is the treasure trove for discovering more about what yoga can offer you, in a longer-term transformative way. The things you discover might not be quite what you intended or expected - as with all good journeys, you have to set off for the experience to unfold.

How it works
On 31st January, I send you a video library, some sequence handout notes and a ‘how to get started’ checklist.
From 1st February, every morning at 5am, you will receive an email with some suggestions for practice that day.
There will always be a 5-10 min option.
There will be an optional What’s app group for daily questions and to share your experience with other participants.
You’re not doing this alone! As well as the community chat option, you can also email me directly with any questions or feedback for the duration of the Challenge. I’m here to support and encourage you all along the way.
N.B. Once you sign up, there is no refund if you do not do or complete the Challenge.
What you’ll take away
The experience of how it feels to make yoga part of your everyday for four weeks in a row! What effect will it have? However much you do will be more than you are doing now- it will have some effects.
More understanding of what works best for you at home, what do you need and benefit from the most?
More understanding of your particular blocks and challenges to home practice, including the practical. You will be much more savvy about how to the fire going!
A bunch of inspirational, supportive resources to keep coming back to and to keep you going. Let’s face it, sometimes life does just take over. Once you’ve done this challenge, it will be easier to set yourself up and get going again.
