A mini retreat to create space away from the busyness of your everyday life and to re-set a sense of energy and ease in your body and mind.

It is amazing how just one extended day of  lots of movement, good food, fresh air and skilful relaxation can significantly shift how we feel and change our perspective, mindset and sense of wellbeing. AND, you still can unwind as usual on Friday night, enjoy your Saturday night and have a Sunday lie in and free day! As usual in my classes, you will learn lots of stuff about moving well, how to unwind and have individual support and options.

Beechwood Hall in set down a small country lane with lovely views looking out onto the Downs. The Hall is light, spacious with underfloor heating.

Travel to Lewes, one hour from London Victoria. Pick ups from Lewes Station to Cooksbridge (5-10 mins) Full travel details supplied.

10am-12pm   – 2 hours of active yoga

12pm- 2pm    – A delicious healthy lunch and a walk in the surrounding countryside with Downs views. (Lunch is included in the cost)

2pm-4pm  – 2 hours of restorative yoga &  meditation
