2 hours of  Yoga to develop and deepen your practice beyond your weekly class.

It will include a some functional joint mobility practice, a mobility flow yoga sequence, which will reveal that sometimes you really do feel the burn in yoga, in a  good way! Rounding off with some relaxing on the floor movements to rejuvenate for the week ahead.

Tea and cookies afterwards : )

Suitable for those with at least 6 months regular yoga experience, modifications and adjustments will be offered.
