Return to Centre – Yoga and Sound Gong Bath

Make time for some healthy self-care in the busy pre-holiday week.

A steady rhythmic practice to soothe jangled nerves and busy bodies in the run-up to Christmas. We will wind down with some gentle breathing practices and restorative poses featuring bolsters, blankets and eye bags.  A sound gong bath will guide us into deeper stillness and calm.
