MONDAY

09:30am-10:30am  Yoga for Well being
A slower paced class exploring a range of yoga postures focused on helpful, functional movement, developing strength and mobility, with a consistent emphasis on cultivating a relaxed breath. You will feel like you have moved, stretched and strengthened your whole body. We end with a gentle relaxation, so you go out and enjoy the rest of your day feeling good.

I offer individual modifications and options so the class is accessible and suitable for anyone with a basic level of mobility.

Venue: Linear Fitness, Haywards Heath. Please book directly with Linear. There are membership and drop in payment options available.

TUESDAY

9:30-10:45am Dynamic Yoga (£9 drop-in)

A mixed level class, some yoga experience required. Incorporates some flowing sequences based on sun salutations to build warmth and focus. We explore yoga poses by mindfully integrating breath with movement to develop strength, flexibility, functional movement and inner steadiness and calm. Modifications and safe adjustments are offered to suit individual needs.

  • Venue: United Reformed Church Hall, Hassocks High Street. The Church is between the fish & chip shop and Hassocks Infant School on Keymer Road, (the High Street). The Hall is down the left hand side of the church (at the back). You can park in neighbouring streets or in the car park behind Budgens.
  • Next term runs from 4th Sept – 4th Dec 2018. No class on 9th and 23rd Oct.
  • All classes are drop-in

11:00am-12:00pm Gentle Yoga (£8 drop-in)

You will feel like you have moved, stretched and strengthened your whole body. We end with a gentle relaxation, so you go out and enjoy the rest of your day feeling good. I offer individual modifications and options so the class is accessible and suitable for anyone with a basic level of mobility.

Suitable for beginners, senior students, those with an injury or anyone wanting a more relaxed gentle class.

A  mixed level class somewhere in between my gentle yoga and dynamic classes, with options offered as required, including some warming flowing sequences, alignment focused yoga poses with breath awareness, leading into the stillness of restorative poses and deep relaxation. Set yourself up with a steady calm energy for the weekend.

This is a smaller venue (maximum 9 students) .

  • Venue: Corner Croft, Halton Shaw, Hurstpierpoint BN6 9QR. (house on the right at the top of the lane). You can park in St Georges Lane across the main road from Halton Shaw.
  •  Please email or text before coming to class for the first time.
  • Term runs from 7th Sept – 7th Dec 2018. Please note: no class on 12th and 26th October
