TUESDAY

9:30-10:45am Dynamic Alignment Open Level (£10 drop-in)

A mixed level class, some yoga experience required. Incorporates some flowing sequences based on sun salutations to build warmth and focus, then exploring different groups of poses with clear alignment instruction and awareness, mindfully integrating breath with movement to develop strength, flexibility, functional movement and inner steadiness and calm. Modifications and safe adjustments are offered to suit individual needs.

  • Venue: United Reformed Church Hall, Hassocks High Street. The Church is between the fish & chip shop and Hassocks Infant School on Keymer Road, (the High Street). The Hall is down the left hand side of the church (at the back). You can park in neighbouring streets or in the car park behind Budgens.
  • Next term runs from 5th June -31st July. No class on 10th July
  • All classes are drop-in

11:00am-12:00pm Gentle Yoga (£10 drop-in)

A slower paced, gentle class suitable for beginners, senior students or those with an injury or wanting a more relaxed gentle class.

  • Venue: United Reformed Church Hall, Hassocks High Street. The Church is between the fish & chip shop and Hassocks Infant School on Keymer Road (the High Street). The Hall is down the left hand side of the church (at the back). You can park in neighbouring streets or in the car park behind Budgens.
  • Next term runs from 5th June – 31st July. No Class on 10th July.
  • All classes are drop-in

WEDNESDAY

9:15-10:15am Gentle Yoga (£12 drop in, limited to 8 places only)

A gentle class exploring a range of yoga postures focused on helpful functional movement, developing strength and mobility, with a consistent emphasis on cultivating a relaxed, fluid breath. You will feel like you have moved, stretched and strengthened your whole body. We end with a gentle relaxation, so you go out and enjoy the rest of your day feeling good. I offer individual modifications and options so the class is accessible and suitable for anyone with a basic level of mobility, even working with some injuries and health conditions. Please contact me to check if the class is right for you if you have any injuries or health conditions that may be of concern.

A  mixed level class with options offered as required, including some warming flowing sequences, alignment focused yoga poses with breath awareness, leading into the stillness of restorative poses and deep relaxation. Set yourself up with a steady calm energy for the weekend.

  • Venue: Corner Croft, Halton Shaw, Hurstpierpoint BN6 9QR. (house on the right at the top of the lane). You can park in St Georges Lane across the main road from Halton Shaw.
  • 9 places available. Please email or text before coming to class for the firs time.
  • Term runs from 15th June -27th July. No Classes on 22nd June and 6th July 2018.
